Training Coach Program
We have training teams focused on ensuring you have a positive and informative learning experience. This training team consists of a Regional Coach and your Branch Manager. All new hires spend 4 – 5 days training with their Region’s Coach and three weeks completing the In-Branch Training with the support of their Branch Manager.

Commitment to Diabetes Research
Cash Store Financial has an extraordinary group of associates who are engaged in the community and dedicated to supporting the company’s commitment to diabetes research. Associates who choose to step up and become ‘Champions’ for diabetes research take on the volunteer task of organizing over 33 Freedom Runs and Freedom Festivals across Canada. These events support research being done at the globally recognized Alberta Diabetes Institute at the University of Alberta. The dedicated team of Champions has learned how to work as a team and spread awareness about this disease that affects nearly 9 million Canadians.
Roll of Honour
In March 2010 we were honoured to receive the Roll of Honour Award for our commitment to diabetes research, from the Alberta Association of Fundraising Executives. This Association celebrates extraordinary commitment and contributions from corporate citizens and individuals.
Volunteerism Policy
Our Volunteerism Policy encourages associates to become involved in their communities by lending their voluntary support to programs that positively impact the quality of life within our communities. Associates are granted time off work, with pay, to work with their chosen organization.
